Our offices in the heritage-listed former Festival Records building in Pyrmont have been designed to allow a near-constant flow of ideas and information between teams and our clients. We love visitors (maternity leave staff and their brood included) because you never know where the next great idea will come from…
Beyond the bricks and mortar, we’ve also developed some pretty interesting tools to keep the creative juices flowing and our production practices best in class.
For example, at the beginning of every project, we hold a kick-off collaboration session we call Square 1. More than just brainstorming, Square 1 brings together a cross-section of our best Creative and Production team members who specialise in diverse industry segments and event styles. This cross-fertilisation of ideas and tactics creates the perfect environment to tackle challenges big and small and we offer these sessions free of charge to our clients in the spirit of continually pushing ourselves to create something new and different.
Square 1 helps us get started but it’s our on-going connection and conversations with our clients that truly makes our projects successful. Most of our team members don’t have doors, but if they did, they would always be open.
