Cisco Celebration Event

Cisco needed to close out its flagship Cisco Live conference with a high-energy final-night celebration that would actively engage almost 2,000 tech professionals. The core challenge was designing a concept with broad, inclusive appeal capable of breaking through corporate fatigue and catering to a diverse crowd with varying interests and entertainment preferences.

To get a tech-savvy audience to fully disconnect from work mode and engage, the event couldn’t rely on standard corporate party tropes. The key was creating an immersive, multi-sensory environment built around universal play. By tapping into nostalgic and competitive gaming culture through a cohesive theme of “Game On”we could offer multiple touchpoints for connection, ensuring every attendee found an activity or space that resonated with them.
