We were tasked with bringing together the new starters from the previous 12 months at Lexus through a rich, collaborative and intimate induction program that educates and invigorates each participant. For this, we began by creating an ident that will live on for the event year on year to make it a recognisable brand mark.
For the experience, 104 new starters arrived in Brisbane and were welcomed at a boutique hotel on the water, followed by a Lexus-themed welcome dinner featuring the brand in decorations, lighting, welcome cocktails, menus and desserts. Guests were entertained by a well-known singer and given an intro to the overall event. They were also treated to an unexpected vehicle reveal of the Lexus LBX Morizo.
The following day, with a branded coffee in hand, guests were transferred via coach to the track, set within Australian bushland. Here they received an inspiring speech from one of the brand ambassadors and later split into groups to receive their carefully curated brand session, including interactive and dynamic group work. At this time, the other half enjoyed a four activity track rotation that gave the guests hands-on experience with the Lexus fleet.
